Mook International Guitar Competition

Following the success of its first edition last year, the Mook International Guitar Competition is returning to Punat. Organized in collaboration with the association Muzika u koracima and supported by the Punat Tourist Board, the second edition of this competition will take place from May 2nd to May 4th, 2025, at the Punat Elementary School. The event brings together young guitar talents from across the country and abroad.

This year, performances will be evaluated by a distinguished international jury composed of:

• Đani Šehu (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
• Nataša Jokić (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
• Tomasz Radziszewski (Poland)
• Neno Munitić (Croatia)
• Antonio Rumenović (Croatia)
• Nataša Črnugelj (Slovenia)
• Patricio Nuño (Chile)

The opening of the festival will be marked by a concert on May 2nd, 2025, featuring one of today’s leading guitarists, Tomasz Radziszewski. On May 3rd, the stage will welcome Chilean musician based in Croatia, Pato Nuño, performing with his trio. Both concerts, delivered at a world-class level, are free and open to the public - just like the competition itself.
